Tracy Bailey


Hailing from Bakersfield, CA, Tracy Bailey, a Landman in the Land department at Phoenix Capital Group, holds a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Project Management. Before joining Phoenix, Tracy gained diverse experience as a certified substitute for Natrona County School District, a student resource coordinator for Milan Institute, and a maintenance manager for Ascend Property Management.

With key skills in data entry, research, and effective teamwork, Tracy’s favorite part of the job is delving into the intricacies of researching history. Beyond work, Tracy is a proud parent to two teenagers and a dog named Claudine. She has a keen interest in food, music, crafts, books, and road trips. With her humorous personality, Tracy aims to contribute to enhancing the positive atmosphere at Phoenix Capital Group.
