Ashley Arnold, a Landman at Phoenix Capital Group, lives by the motto “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” In her role, she brings a unique blend of skills, including attention to detail and problem-solving prowess. Before joining Phoenix Capital Group, Ashley spent a decade in the hospitality industry with Marriott, starting as a front desk agent and ascending to the role of general manager. Following this, she contributed five years to Best Western as a guest service and sales manager.
Outside of work, she finds joy in card games, mountain adventures, crocheting, and quality time with her loved ones. Ashley values her role at Phoenix Capital Group, where she channels her passion for problem-solving to contribute significantly to the company.
