Beyond the office, Doss finds joy in spending time with his family, indulging in his passion for cooking—particularly grilling and smoking—and attending sporting events. His favorite aspect of the job is the dynamic nature of working on different assignments daily. The satisfaction of solving numerous small problems on the way to completing a larger task is what motivates him.
