Robynn Ramos is the Wyoming Office Manager in the Operations department. With over 18 years of experience, she has previously held roles as Principal Project Program Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Compensation Specialist at AT&T. Her key skills include strategic thinking, problem-solving, and time management. A notable achievement in her career is the creation of an employee mentorship program to aid in attrition.

 Hailing from Powell, Wyoming, Robynn is married with three children. She enjoys music and is an avid outdoor enthusiast. A valuable lesson she has learned in her career is, “Get comfortable being uncomfortable and challenge yourself.” At Phoenix, she aspires to aid in finding efficiency solutions and grow with the company.
