Marty Lile is the Sr. Vice President of Capital Markets at Phoenix Capital Group, bringing 30 years of experience in raising private capital. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kentucky. Specializing in raising capital for Independent Oil and Gas Developers, Marty has supported technology ventures and real estate projects, and successfully ran his own firm, M.R. Cox Oil and Gas Development, from 2005 to 2010.
Marty’s key skills include building client relationships, negotiations, and business development. Originally from Glasgow, KY, he is married to Christi Lacey Lile, and together, they have 6 adult children. Outside of work, he enjoys going to church, hunting, fishing, football, rodeo, and playing guitar. He is also a proud singer/songwriter in the country music genre.
