Josh Hansell, our Investor Relations Specialist at Phoenix Capital Group, brings over 5 years of financial industry expertise. With a Bachelor’s Degree, he started his career as an Analyst at a Fortune 500 company, specializing in underwriting residential and business loans. Later, Josh transitioned to a private credit firm, where he excelled in Capital Markets, trading mortgages, and conducting credit analysis for diverse projects. Collaborating closely with private equity firms, REITs, institutional banks, and private credit entities, Josh facilitated diverse transactions, including RTL and DSCR loans in multi-family, residential, and commercial projects.
Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, he aspires to complete his education with series 7 and CFA certifications. Outside of work, Josh finds joy in hiking, traveling, hunting, and winter sports. Guided by the motto, “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work,” this philosophy underscores his passion for his role in the Investor Relations department.
