Jerry L. Gonzalez, a seasoned Landman with over 42 years of experience in the industry, holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Before joining Phoenix Capital Group, he accumulated a decade of experience as a Consulting Landman, specializing in Land Due Diligence projects for Acquisition, Divestment, and Land Trades with PDC Energy, Inc., and Noble Energy, Inc.
Jerry excels in researching mineral title ownership and producing in-house electronic ownership reports. One of his notable achievements includes playing a role in Phoenix Capital Group’s $33 million interest acquisition with the City of Thornton, CO., securing over 4,000 mineral royalty acres in Adams and Weld counties, CO.
Hailing from Cheyenne, Wyoming, Jerry is a family man with a 21-year-old son. He enjoys fishing in the Rocky Mountains and finds fulfillment in his role by assisting young company landmen in their professional development. His career aspiration is to continue adding an additional asset base to Phoenix Capital Group.
