Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will support the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Land, Regulatory, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) at our Oil and gas company in Dickinson, ND. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the EVP, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, including the creation of agendas and meeting minutes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and landowners.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond on behalf of the EVP when appropriate.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation related to land, regulatory, and HSE matters.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as directed by the EVP.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an executive administrative role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge of land, regulatory, and HSE practices within the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
- Excellence in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook/Mail/Calendar, Slack and Zoom with the ability to learn new software applications required.
- Must type a minimum of 65 WPM with 95% accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000 to $83,000 per year
